Traffic passes through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., which protects the website against attacks and speeds up its loading.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, logo, illustrations and app screenshots on this website are the property of the publisher. Any full or partial reproduction or reuse without prior written permission is prohibited.

Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Apple and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the United States and other countries.

5. Personal data

6. Cookies and local storage

The website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It only uses technical cookies that are essential for it to work and therefore exempt from consent:

  • session and security cookies, set by the server to protect forms;
  • a Cloudflare cookie, which tells visitors apart from malicious bots.

Your theme choice (light or dark) is saved in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: your browser then contacts Google's servers, which receive your IP address.

ZenConstat is a tool that helps you fill out the European accident statement. It does not replace your insurer, does not send any statement on your behalf and is not legal advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for sending the statement.

The publisher strives to keep the information on the website accurate and the website available, but cannot guarantee either. The publisher cannot be held liable for any interruption of the website or any errors it may contain.
